Chief Customer Officer
Mahshid spent the first decade of her career in management consulting at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where she worked with the C-Suite of large global corporations to grow and transform their businesses. She then spent the next decade building and scaling Customer Success teams at multiple SaaS-based organizations where she exceeded retention and growth objectives. She has extensive experience in post sales Customer functions including Customer Success Management, Renewals, Professional Services, Account Management, Technical Support, and Revenue Operations. She has been an advisor to Global Success Leaders at large public companies and high growth start-ups.
Mahshid has a Bachelor’s and Masters in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Mahshid lives in Boston, Massachusetts with her husband and two daughters. In her free time she enjoys traveling to new places, trying new cuisines, and working out on the Peloton bike or tread. She is a lifelong champion of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
